BOOKING POLICY

ADVANCED BOOKING

You must pre-register for class online. Please ensure you have updated billing information on your file. If the class is full you can choose to join the wait list. If you are moved from the wait list to the class, you will receive an auto-email/text from our booking system . Our waitlists are there to help you get into class!

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are offering limited spots for booking and we want to ensure all students who want to get to class have the opportunity, we have a 12 hour cancelation policy for all am (morning) classes and a 4 hour cancelation policy for all pm (afternoon and evening classes). 

If you are unable to come to class please cancel within those time frames. If you do not cancel within those time frames Class Pass holders are subject to lose 1 class pass, membership holders are subject to a $15 charge.

MISSING A RESERVED CLASS 

If you are moved from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an auto-email/text from our booking system and will be responsible for either attending class or canceling out of the reservation. Class Pass holders are subject to lose 1 class pass, membership holders are subject to a $15 charge.

LATE FOR CLASS

Unfortunately, we do not allow late entries to any of our classes for safety reasons. We cannot make exceptions, so please be mindful to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class.

LOST & FOUND

The Nest Yoga Fredericton is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or hot room. If you did forget something, please email us or give us a call and we will be sure to look for any items that may have been left behind. Please be mindful that we do donate our lost and found at the end of every month.

PURCHASE POLICY

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular-priced merchandise, you can come into the studio for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date. The Nest Yoga Fredericton does not offer refunds. Proof of payment must accompany the return.

All reduced-price items are final sale.

Please note that all merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and with the original hangtags attached to be considered for an exchange. All garments are subject to inspection.

Gift Cards purchased in-studio at The Nest Yoga Fredericton cannot be used online. Online gift cards can only be redeemed online and not in the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

As we are a lululemon authorized retailer, we do not have the capacity to manage quality control of the product. If you are experiencing quality issues or product defects, please contact lululemon directly either through their live chat at www.lululemon.ca or call their support center at 1(877) 263-9300.

We cannot accept lululemon branded gift cards.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

CHANGE ROOMS

We want to be able to support all members who come here. In order to do this, we ask that you be mindful of the products you use and bring to the studio. We use Oneka products in our change rooms and have shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for you to use while you’re here.

Please be mindful to be as scent-free as possible. If you must use lotions or other products, please ensure they are either scent-free or mild scents. 

SILENT SPACE

Our studio is a silent space. This means in the change room and hallways we need to whisper and in the studio, there is absolutely no talking. This is to make sure everyone is able to practice in a calm and zen space.

CELL PHONES

While in the change rooms PLEASE refrain from taking selfies or photos while others are in there. Privacy is important and so let’s work together to keep everyone safe!
